Your reviewer
You'll work directly with Graeme Miller.
Graeme has 30 years' experience across product management, software development and digital agencies, with product roles at John Lewis Partnership, FutureLearn, Zellar and SmartHR. He has founded or co-founded more than 20 businesses, so he reviews your product the way an owner or investor would - what it costs, what it risks and what it could become.
No account managers and no junior handoffs. The person who reviews your product is the person who writes your report and walks you through it.
Questions
Something we haven't covered? Get in touch.
It doesn't have to. The review is about the product and the risks, not blame. Most offshore and agency teams do what they were asked to do; the gaps are usually in ownership and direction. We talk to your developers as part of the review, and many teams welcome an independent voice.
Read-only access to your code repository, hosting and product tools, agreed with you before we start. We change nothing, and all access is removed when we finish.
Yes. We'll sign your NDA. Your code stays in your own systems, and if we use AI tools to help analyse it, we use business-grade services that don't train on your data. We're happy to agree the details with you up front.
Web and SaaS platforms built in PHP, JavaScript and Node.js, React, and common databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server, hosted on AWS or similar. If your stack is outside our experience, we'll tell you before you pay.
No. The report is written for any team to act on. If you do want help, the fee is credited in full.
Yes. You get a short summary suitable for investors or a board, and you'll know the weak spots before anyone else finds them.
Graeme leads every engagement personally. Where a project needs more hands, we bring in senior UK developers we trust, and we'll always tell you who is working on your product.
