Graeme Miller has spent 30 years across product management, software development and agencies, and he leads every engagement. You deal with a senior person from the first conversation, not a sales team.
He has held roles at John Lewis Partnership, FutureLearn, Zellar, SmartHR and Tower Hamlets Council, and founded or co-founded more than 20 businesses. That mix of large-organisation discipline and start-up pragmatism shapes every project.

Smaller websites and e-commerce rebuilds typically start from £4,500. Bespoke systems and platforms are scoped individually after a conversation or a Systems Health Check. Ongoing support and product leadership run on a monthly retainer.
Both. We have 30 years of enterprise delivery experience but we love working with founders building from scratch. Whether you're at seed stage or FTSE 100, the approach is the same: senior leadership, clear scoping, honest advice.
Typically 2–3 days per week embedded in your team. We lead product strategy, own the roadmap, run discovery, and work directly with engineers and stakeholders. Engagements usually run 3–12 months, though we flex to what you need.

Every project is led by Graeme. As a project requires, we bring in a network of trusted partners - developers, business analysts and project managers - so we can scale up without the overhead of a large agency.
Both, depending on the engagement. For defined projects we can offer fixed-price delivery based on an agreed scope. For ongoing retainers, product management, and fractional CPO work, we typically operate on a monthly retainer. We'll recommend the right model for your situation.

A fixed-price, two-week review of the software, data and hosting your business runs on. You get a plain-English report, a prioritised plan with rough costs and a walkthrough with Graeme. The fee is credited in full if we go on to work together.
